8.0They put me in the first floor with a window but there’s a huge wall against it ! Duh ? I was hungry & thirsty at midnight , and there’s no restaurant service . NO Bar service either . NO ice maker available. No snack bar . No fruits . No nothing to eat . The next day , we’re in the pool & ordered ice in a small bucket , we were charged! Really ? But the standard rooms are clean & beds were comfortable . The free breakfast could use change ! It was OK! No free cappuccino . No mangoes ! Dry out sliced breads. The offering was stingy ! But the staff is nice .

10.0Our reunions was held here and I was amazed with the excellent customer service rendered by the guard at the door , from desk personnel, porter , housekeeping , restaurant personnel .. I will highly recommend this hotel ! Thank you !🌷
