9.0Great location and the size of the villa was awesome. A huge pool was nice to swim in and the staff were very friendly.
− The villa is a bit outdated but still very good. A few wear and tear issues and I found the bed quite uncomfortable.
Loved Our Stay – A Little TLC Would Make It Perfect
8.0We had a wonderful stay at Kumpi Villas - Villa 5. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the main strip in Seminyak, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. The villas were very spacious, and we ended up really enjoying the open-air layout. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of Western, Indonesian, and continental options each morning. The villa grounds were generally clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality really made our stay enjoyable.
− The villas are starting to show their age and would benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment. Most of the showers sprayed water outward rather than down, making them awkward to use. We also had to request fresh towels on arrival as a couple had noticeable marks on them. More generally, there were a number of signs of wear and tear, including faded pool umbrellas, peeling paint, and cracked tiles. None of these issues ruined our stay, but a bit of TLC and a refresh would really bring the property back to the high standard that its location and staff deserve.
Great place to stay in the heart of Seminyak close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

− Tiles were very slippery with wet feet and very unforgiving. Put an expensive bottle of wine in the fridge door and when I opened the door the bottle fell out and smashed on the tiles.
