− Uncomfortable pillows. I was on the top floor and it was seeltering. I slept poorly snd was Uncomfortable. They provide a fan, but I was laid on my bed sweating. The switch on the kettle wouldn't stay down.

− The room was so hot but we understand that it's hard to keep a room cool in this heatwave. Also breakfast everything was deep fried including the mushrooms so made it very greasy. Also would be nice to have some fresh fruit available at breakfast
