− The lady at the front desk was not very friendly or inviting. She couldn’t locate my reservation at first and became very argumentative with me and refusing to correspond my phone to her computer. It took the man to come out and help her. Also the pool was not open and it’s summer time and hot. Pools should be open especially if stated as an amenity. Bathtub was full of rust so I had to bathe a baby in the sink.,

− My toilet seat was held together with dreams and good ole duct tape. The smoke alarm was even covering itself from the smell of a simmering street in India in summer. No elevators.

− We found roaches. Reported it. This place needs to do a deep clean of their units. In both rooms that we rented there was a couple of live roaches and some carcass. Walls had who knows what stains on them. Even light fixture was filthy. Mold on bathroom ceilings. Location was off Interstate but kind of in sketchy area. Staff was nice and yes room did look nice till roaches.
