Excellent experience, however, a few issues noted
8.0BW Plus Belle Meade Inn & Suites was an excellent experience. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted, however, we were not recognized as BW Rewards members nor offered any complimentary water. The room was very nice e except of in the bathroom the toilet was too low for older folks like us. It was a struggle to get down and up from the toilet. The breakfast was okay, however, being from the south, and Tennessee considering themselves part of the south, there was no biscuits and gravy. That is unacceptable :) A pleasant stay for the beginning of our 7 week journey across the USA.
Nashville with fine people.
10.0Atmosphere was great, room was nice. Value was good for a Best Western Plus Hotel. Both Front Lobby and room was very clean. Noise level was a little high. Pool was not open. Breakfast was great, the little Japanese women (Hostess} was great and took care of us and was very efficient. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel. Jack in the Box next door, love them Tacos.

10.0We had to get the key remade after the first night. We were staying 3 nights. This happened the last time we stayed there. Curious as to why that happened. Breakfast is superb. The lady in charge of it is wonderful. She is a keeper!
