Safe and cosy
9.0I had a good time here. Stayed at the start and end of my holiday in Uganda. The room was large, breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Staff were kind and helpful. Bed was comfy The WiFi worked well for Uganda standards. The morning is lovely with monkeys and birds. It's relatively peaceful.
− The pool is not for swimming and you can't really get in it, but it's nice to sit around. It's quite expensive for what you get there.
Incredible tilapia
9.02Friends is a perfect oasis for those either wanting to be close to the airport or just wanting to hang out in Entebbe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious with good air conditioning and hot water. The adjoining restaurant across the street was exceptional ... the tilapia in lemongrass and steamed in banana leaves was perhaps my favourite fish meal ever. The Entebbe Botanic Garden is within walking distance.
− Some rowdy patrons arrived in the middle of the night and had a bit of a party at poolside. I had to call reception to ask them to shut up. Best to enforce a quiet hour at the poolside bar.

10.0So comfortable, beds were great, pool lovely to relax around with bar. The Beach restaurant on the lake across the road. Staff very friendly - we came here 3 times whilst in Uganda

10.02 Friends hotel is very good. Checkin was smooth. They will pick you up at the airport for free. Patrick is very helpful. We had a better room with a large bed and a prime balcony and lake view. It was very nice. Breakfast is very good. The pool is comfortable temperature. I see the guy working on it every morning. It is clean. We had a room safe, good hot water, mini fridge, mosquito nets, TV with many streaming channels, and electric kettle. Great hotel. Highly recommended.
