6.0The property is old but very secure, either access via a locked gate to enter the apartment block and then a key fob for the room. The location is very good to access the sites of Rome and parking is available out the front (if you’re lucky enough to find a blue marked bay). No parking charges apply from 8pm to 8am.
− It was small but functional. I don’t think it would be great for multiple nights stay.

6.0The host was friendly and was helpful in arranging taxis. Very slow to respond so give it a few hours or maybe call instead. The location was excellent!! Great cafe across the street. Spacious room.
− The toilet and plumbing made unusual and constant loud sounds even when just taking a shower or using the taps. I reported it to the host but we didn’t notice anything different. In fact we sometimes had a raw sewage smell too along with the noises. The key pad is tricky to use and could be frustrating when it’s late and you just want to get into the apartment and your room and the door is not washing unlocking. It was annoying and caused stress.

9.0The room was spacious and clean. Good impression in general.
− The pillows are very hard to sleep on. The a/c over the door was not very strong to cool the whole room. It needs to be put at 17° to cool down the whole area.
