We loved the location. We loved the breakfast. We loved the staff. We love the decor. We loved the family suite. It was perfect for our unique family situation. We love the air-conditioning.

− We had an issue with the AC. The air was wonderful however it was a heat wave in Rome and the air conditioning unit in the room in the ceiling leaked on our clothes and the dripping was constant for two nights of our stay. Other than that, we were very happy and I'm sure it was just because it was abnormally hot temperatures.
