− Personal spricht kaum Deutsch (und das in einem angeblichen Fünfsternehotel!?) und ist auch nicht sehr kompetent. Nach der Bestellung des Abendessens geht es 20 Minuten bis mal Brot serviert wird. Und das Abräumen leerer Teller scheint auch nicht eine Priorität des Personals zu sein. Standardzimmer sehr klein. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht!

Please note that Saas-Fee is a car-free village. There are enough parking spaces available at the entrance to Saas-Fee. A free hotel shuttle is provided from the parking spaces to the hotel.
