− Front desk forgot to extend the time on my electronic key. So I was locked out of my room Sunday morning and had to go up to the office to get my key reprogrammed. It was a bit of a hassle when you are trying to pack the car (that's why I paid extra to get a little later check-out, so I wouldn't be rushed.
