10.0Great Location for Local Travel The hotel is within walking distance to Hanok Village and close to many other key spots in Jeonju. Since most shops in the village close in the evening, the hotel's location actually made it easier to enjoy dinner and explore more freely at night. They also offer excellent local travel tips and guides, which made it easy to travel without an agency. Perfect for those who want to experience Jeonju like a local!

One of the staff members, who spoke excellent English, kindly recommended restaurants and attractions tailored to my travel style. Each morning began with a fresh and satisfying breakfast, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive—it felt like a true reflection of the local hospitality. Since it's a local area, there were a few challenges during the trip, like taking taxis, but the English-speaking staff went above and beyond. They wrote helpful notes in Korean for me to show to drivers, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The level of service felt as personal and thoughtful as that of a private concierge. Highly recommended for international travelers looking for a genuine, comfortable, and well-supported experience.
