Great location with friendly staff
7.0The locarion is good you can eat your breakfast next to the canal. The staff are friendly, proffessional and proactive. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large with comfy beds

5.0Convenient, free car parking, lift access
− Breakfast - EVERYTHING self service, even having to get your own tea/coffee and toast! Not great if you are elderly or with mobility issues. Room carpets were stained and corridor carpets had not been hoovered for a while! The Divine dining menus were missing in the bar and I had to ask. We have visited this hotel on numerous occasions occasions and. Sorry to say, feel that it has gone downhill in our estimation . The reception staff were very good.

8.0Parking was great. Lovely bar area and entertainment. Room was very clean and view was lovely on the canal side.
− Very warm in the corridor but didn’t ruin the experience.
