10.0매우 친절하며 시설도 너무 깨끗하고 숙박하는동안에 편하고 중간에 청소 및 수건도 다시 채워주셔서 너무 좋았고 조식도 너무너무 맛있고 깔끔하게 잘 나왔으며 그릇까지 정리 해주셔서 너무 편하게 잘 머물다 왔습니다!!

− 조식음식이 한시간전에 다 떨어져서..더 채워주지않아서 좀 아쉬웠어요
위치 최고, 나머지는 무난
7.0애월해안도로에 붙어 있는 위치가 참 좋았고, 호텔 입구 야자수 조경도 정말 멋졌습니다.
− 직원들의 친절수준은 보통이었고, 아침 조식도 가성비가 조금 떨어진다는 느낌입니다.

노을맛집 ~
8.0위치도 바다산책길 앞이라 객실에서 보이는 바다가 너무 이뻤어요 호텔앞 카페 이용도 좋았고 주변 산책길에 노을지는 바다를 볼수있어서 더 좋았어요 청결하고 조용해서 편히 쉬기 좋았어요 일회용품 사용제한으로 일회용품이 없는건 괜찮은데 치약이 없는건 조금 귀찮았어요
