Pasamos una situación horrible, después de llegar a una ciudad desconocida y con frio extremo al llegar al hotel nos dicen que es residencia sanitaria ¡! En ese momento tuve que ponerme a buscar hotel con los bolsos , el frio y toda mi familia en la calle, es la peor experiencia q he tenido no se la doy a nadie

Ao chegar tive aguarda recpionista 20 min, o rapaz atendeu má vontade não achava reserva no site, pgto efetivo não quis aceitar em dólar, sem cortesia e orientações péssimo atendimento
