10.0Staff are super friendly and helpful. Roland in front desk was particularly nice, considerate, and helpful, who provided a lot of valuable tourist information and materials. The hotel is rather new and modern. Love the facilities, especially the wellbeing center such as swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room. Fixed menus for dinners were very good. Room was very clean and spacious with great view of the mountains. The sunset views from restaurant and our room was very beautiful and stunning. Enjoyed the stay a lot and we added one more night for our stay.

10.0We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Ciasa Soleil! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in on of the panoramic suites and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The hotel was spotless clean absolutely everywhere and the facilities were great! The pool and spa area were perfect and just what you need after a day of activities in the beautiful Dolomites.
