6.0Stay was alright, but lacked basic services that most hotels offer such as towels, bed making, etc. Breakfast was included and good. Bathroom was nasty and the hotel seemed to ration out small soap bottles. Suggest just installing dispensers in the showers to avoid this hassle

10.0Nice hotel close to Blue Lagoon, some restaurants and supermarket nearby , but keep in mind everything closes at 8 pm. Nice breakfast too
Nice hotel close to blue lagoon
8.0The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. My only issue is it says free transfer to blue lagoon on their website, but this is not the case. We ended up spending a lot on taxis there and back as taxis are so expensive in iceland but there is no other method despite being only a 10 min drive away. Similarly it would be great if they could arrange an airport shuttle or be more knowledgeable about local transport, as again the airport is only 25 mins away but the only method was a £60 taxi.

10.0Close and clean but very small rooms with single beds pushed together. Photos weren’t representative of our accommodations. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff Would stay here again
