6.0The AC seems to be covered in mold and dust. Air purifier was not operational. Filter needs changing. Mosquitoes in the room was irritating. The toilet has functioning issues. The bidet was not working and the control console was inoperable.

6.0The hotel environment is good, it is convenient for shopping, eating , and it is close to the subway station. The staff are very friendly. The only shortcoming is that the towels in the hotel feel very old. I hope it can be improved.
