2.0DIRTY DIRTY ROACHES AND BED BUGS. STAINS ON SHEETS AND COMFORTER. NEVER STAY HERE. STAFF IS UNFRIENDLY, INCOMPETENT AND DOESN'T CARE. THEY NEED TO DEMOLISH THIS HOTEL AND DEEM IT UNSAFE FOR GUESTS TO STAY HERE

6.0They will not honor online reservations through any website! They are in a small town that seems to be literally dying on the vine. The motel is the same - baseboards were missing or disintegrating, wires were routed around the baseboards, a/c is very loud. It is fairly clean with newer vinyl flooring and faucets. For the area it is about what one would expect.

2.0DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked and paid for a room while traveling. When we got there, the lady said there was no reservation because the site we used was out of business (hotels.com). They tried to have us pay for 2 rooms since they didn't have any 2 bed rooms available. That would have left at least one my children in a room alone - unacceptable. I left and stayed at Western Inn nearby. I also paid for trip insurance, but havr not received a refund yet for this nightmare booking.
