They need more training on hospitality and treat each and every guest equally.
7.0Friendliness of the reception staff, that the hotel is central venue for money.
− That the lifts were not working fir the duration of my stay. Staff in breakfast area are selective in terms of offering services, their focus is on their locals who speaks Portuguese or dress in a military or police uniforms are treated special over others, they do not greet. Their attitude only change on the second last day of my stay after I complaint about them.

− Parking in the street made us uneasy and the street is extremely noisy and busy. Breakfast limited choices.
