− Super humid room, no climatisation or proper airventilation, in the middle of my sleep, early morning around 7, one of the staff memebers knocked for minutes on my door to ask if everything was ok, wtf,

4.0− We got put in a hot attic room with a single window and no fan during a heatwave.... also saw that the price dropped about 50% since we booked the place so we way overpayed for a dirty, hot and unventilated room. Defenitly wont be coming back here.

We survived...
1.0− Out stay turned into a traumatic experience. During our stay, an aggressive guest physically attacked members of our family. Police and emergency services had to be called. We felt trapped and unsafe. During the incident, our family was screaming for help. The only staff member present at the hotel was the administrator, but we didn't receive any effective assistance during the emergency. We were travelling with a child (6 years old), who was left alone in the room during the incident, heard us screaming, and suffered severe emotional distress. After this event, my daughter became afraid to stay alone in a room. Because we no longer felt safe, we were forced to leave the hotel immediately and pay for another accommodation. Our entire day was ruined, and my child was left without a proper meal because of the emergency situation. The only assistance offered to us afterwards was a bottle of water. We didn't receive any compensation for the distress, additional expenses, or the impact this incident had on our family. Due to the serious safety concerns and the lack of adequate support during an emergency, we cannot recommend this hotel.
