− Me entregaron una habitación sucia, el baño muy sucio con heces fecales pegadas en la taza del baño. La cama estaba tendida pero no cambiaron sabanas estaban sucias
We stopped by the hotel and they had rooms available much cheaper but we found another hotel. We were actually grateful

La estancia en los Ayala es ideal si quieres pasar unos días de relax total
7.0La atencion de las chicas de servicio, fueron muy amables, y que esta muy cerca de la playa, a una cuadra.
− la actitud de la dueña, muy prepotente y regaña a las chicas de limpieza y recepción. Y la recamara estaba muy pequeña, en cuanto cabían las camas, muy poco espacio para las maletas
