10.0Located in a quiet residential area in Krylov Street, it gives a glimpse of ordinary everyday life in Novosibirsk. The area seems quiet, neat and safe, lots of greenery. Krylov Street makes for a pleasant walk in the summer and fall, except not much food options right next to the hotel - more food further out west, towards Krasny Prospekt. There are budget meals and other amenities available a block away, 5-10 min walk to the north, in the shopping mall on Gogol Street, which also has an MRT station (Marshal Pokryshkin Stn). There's also some food at the hotel itself. The a la carte offer is not too bad, the breakfast a bit too basic.

4.0Просторная квартира но , все услуги вроде уборки и смена белья платные , если бесплатно то специально сделано что ждать довольно долго . бесплатно Смена белья раз в 8 дней , уборка раз в 4 дня. Парковка платная 350 р ночь , если бесплатно то ставь где хочешь . К празднику просто подняли цену за аренду . Вообщем в итоге получается переплата за все и за эти деньги можно что-то и лучше снять. Не рекомендуется

10.0В номерах чисто, обслуживание хорошее. Но некоторые номера требуют ремонта. Останавливаюсь часто, иногда прошу поменять номер

10.0Отличный отдели, расположение отличное, номер огромный, все необходимое есть, в номере чисто, кровати большие. На первом этаже есть кафе, завтрак не брали, поели в кафе
