10.0The best stuff that I've ever had at a hotel they are all wonderful and more than willing to help figure out what you want to do in town and will help you figure out a way to get around to to experience the town havre
It's How You Do What You Do
10.0Besides being generally clean and inviting, what made this place the standout of the two-week trip across the country was the super-helpful and friendly staff, especially Marcus Cervantes. My partner is partly disabled, and Marcus extended himself to help us in the way a family member might have. A number of people, when asked, might help with luggage. But it's *how* they do it - grudgingly, grimly, or, like Mr. Cervantes, with a generous and good heart & looking to see what else he could do that made the difference. During our brief stay everything at this facility was excellent. But Marcus Cervantes' beautiful attitude made it memorable.
Cozy stay
10.0The massage chair was a good surprise. Automated coffee maker in lobby was amazing. We had other family staying in the hotel so the coffee/tea maker in the lobby became our meeting spot. The woman who put out the breakfast was exceptional with the guests.
− I found the property to be very clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. I can't think of any negatives for this stay.
