6.0The staff was very kind. From the check in, to the lady cleaning rooms, and check out, they were all amazing!
− Moldy first floor. I am highly allergic and it causes lung issues. Although the beds and bathrooms were clean, the floor wasn't very clean inside the room.

10.0We arrived about 7PM. Mikayla, at the desk, checked us in and was friendly as can be. We were dead tired so her nice smile was like a tonic to a couple of oldsters like us. The room was perfect, the cleanliness, the bathroom, the A/C, and most of all the new mattresses on the beds. We have a sleep number bed at home, but in the morning I didn't have any aches like I do at home. Went to breakfast and said Good morning to Leslie, who I had spoken to on the phone the day before. Again, so friendly and personable. She came to the breakfast room and checked to make sure all the foods were fresh and full. The eggs were moist with excellent texture, sausage links fine, waffles great. We didn't care for the coffee which tasted like warm instant. These days, a good cup of coffee is easily available, but probably more expensive. Nonetheless, good coffee would WOW your customers. Anyway, a bad cup of coffee is pretty small compared to good beds and air conditioners! WWII Done, guys!

10.0The staff was very friendly and personal The staff helped us with any personal needs we had. The room was very clean, efficient. and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of food, including biscuits and gravy.

− Got down to breakfast at 6:30 and the eggs were already gone with no attempt from staff to replace them until a guest asked. This also happened the second day when we went down about 8:30.
