9.0Superbe endroit avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la campagne. Calme et très bien situé. Mention très bien pour Daniel qui est très courtois et serviable !

10.0An absolutely stunning property with an incredible history as a former monastery. We loved having access to the historic monastery garden, which offers breathtaking views. The apartment itself was exceptionally spacious (literally huge) with two bathrooms, spotless, and very well-equipped. Having a washing machine and a drying rack was a massive plus for our beach gear. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, with excellent blackout curtains and great A/C, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. On top of that, communication with Daniel (the manager) was flawless. The location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk to the historic center of Sirolo and a 15-minute walk to Spiaggia Urbani (with a bus option available as well).
− There is no outdoor seating area where you can enjoy food or drinks, as the garden is part of the Conero Natural Park and this is restricted. The Wi-Fi signal was limited to the downstairs living room and didn't reach the upstairs bedroom. Lastly, parking is on a side street; the neighborhood feels very safe, but the car is not in a private or secured lot.

9.0krásné místo v krásném domě. Byt měl nové vybavení. Všude nové zařízení a dokonalá čistota. Pračka se sušičkou, což ocenila především manželka
− Škoda, že není nikde terasa, která by se dala využívat, chybí gril. Také chybí venkovní sezení, do zahrady si člověk po ránu nechce nosit snídani, navíc nám bylo řečeno, že si nepřejí, aby se v zahradě, která je chráněná, konzumovalo jídlo.
