− الفطور بسيط جداً غير متنوع لا يتناسب مع سعر الفندق خدمة تنظيف الغرف بطيئة السعر مرتفع قليلاً الماء في الشاور ضعيف ولا يوجد شطاف في الحمام

4.0ödeme kartımdan çekildiği halde ödeme yapılmamış diye kabul etmediler. ödeme makbuzunu gönderdim, yine de 1 saatten fazla beklettiler :( Belki de otelin sorunu değildi, belki de sizden kaynaklı bir sorundu... Bilmiyorum ama sorun yaşadık girişte.

− We had two reservations for two separate rooms. We arrived at different times and they couldn't find the second reservation. Luckily they had free rooms, so problem was solved.

2.0Tuvalet kâğıdı yeni olarak konulmamıştı. Aracımızın uzun olması nedeniyle otopark kullanamadık ve park ettirdikleri alan otele ait olmayan bir apartmanın metruk önüydü. Sigarasız oda seçmemize karşın oradaki yorgan sigara kokuyordu.
