− The appartement was dirty: Walls, floor, fridge, kitchen cupboard. The cleaning clerc didn’t come. We saw cockroach the morning we left.

9.0I am always skeptical of staying at a new place. E rented the 1 bedroom apartment for the weekend and even stayed and extra night and I must say this was a great experience. All of the staff I interacted with were very kind and accommodating. The pool is nice and very clean. The apartment itself is fully stocked with pretty much anything you need, from pots pans and even a crockpot to plenty of towels blankets and dressers for storage. It is in a great location as there is food coffee and store a street or 2 over and the boardwalk and beach just a 3 to 5 minute walk depending on your pace really. I think it was a good price especially since we booked it just 2 days before we planed to come on a weekend during peak season. I am never one to leave reviews but since I saw so many complaints when I read reviews I just had to share my experience. My family and I will definitely come back. Thank you Regal Inn!!!

3.0Went to check in and they were still working on my room could not check in for 45 minutes they were fixing the toilet and the toilet still was not attached to the floor when you use the toilet it wiggled and wobbled and was gross
− I didn't appreciate the toilet being loose and wobbly and not being able to track in have to traveling 2 hours and waiting till 3:00 to get in the room and then having to wait 45 more minutes it was kind of just unacceptable and kind of set the mood for a bad time
