The location

− The people in charge she was just awfull. First she charge me 20 just leave the key in a box. This was not in the booking for this place. I ask for late Arrival but she did not respond from the app. All the communications i received from her we're from My WhatsApp, clearly to not maie Open to booking. We had a boiler but it was not in the room. There was one in the kitchen but the only way to used it was to put it in a chair and plug it, was very dangerous. Moreover the tone used when sending messages was intimidating and very rude Indeed.

**A terrible experience that ruined our stay in Rome**

− What should have been a pleasant stay with friends turned into an extremely frustrating experience. The most serious issue was the tourist tax. I was asked to pay €244, around €100 more than stated on Booking.com. I questioned the amount and sent a screenshot of my reservation showing the lower figure, but they insisted via WhatsApp that €244 was correct. Only after I contacted them through Booking.com's official messaging system did they suddenly discover the mistake. Given the circumstances, this felt like an attempt to overcharge us. I then wasted almost an entire morning trying to pay through a local payment system they insisted on using. Despite my best efforts, it wouldn't work. This cost me valuable holiday time and affected my visit to the Vatican Museums, for which I had paid a considerable amount. After this incident, the soft towels were replaced with extremely rough ones, almost like sandpaper, and the attitude towards us was awful. The accommodation itself was disappointing. Despite its star rating, it is essentially an apartment divided into several units, with very thin walls through which you can hear practically everything. Photos showed a kitchen, but on arrival we discovered it was shared and unavailable for guest use. This was misleading. The location looks close to the Vatican on a map, but it is at least four or five public transport stops from the nearest entrance, depending on your destination. Overall, the overcharge incident, wasted time, poor treatment and misleading listing ruined our stay. I would not recommend this accommodation and would never stay here again.

Pulizia al top, personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Ho apprezzato tanto che ci fossero teli quasi in esubero (e che quelli anche un po'umidi venissero cambiati giornalmente), così come prodotti per l'igiene personale. Posizione comoda per raggiungere città del vaticano ma anche il centro con i mezzi. La nostra camera familiare era fin troppo grande, il bagno spazioso, compreso il box doccia.
