10.0I really loved how welcoming the staff were and allowing me for an extra 500 baht to have early check in which was much needed as I had not slept on the flight over! The facilities were great, bed so comfy! Free breakfast was included in my stay it is limited but still very enjoyable!

10.0Brilliant hotel, had a fantastic stay. Everything was exceptional. Staff friendliness, cleaning, so quiet. Nice bar and very comfortable lounge serving a complimentary beer every day. Location near restaurants and skytrain. Our option was for a room with no window. It was again exceptional. Nicely lit with no flashes of light in the morning. Great for a good comfortable sleep. Many thanks. See you next time.

1.0I was genuinely excited to stay at Thee Hotel Bangkok. I’m a loyal Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, and despite having a Marriott directly across the street, I decided to try this boutique hotel because it looked charming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined my stay. I originally booked eight nights but checked out after my third night because of how I was treated. During breakfast, I made a simple request to have my eggs fully cooked instead of sunny-side up. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just for the yolks to be cooked or for scrambled eggs instead. The staff repeatedly refused, even though scrambled eggs are offered on their regular breakfast menu, and argued with me that it was a “set menu.” It wasn’t about the eggs—it was about the complete lack of hospitality. When I spoke with the manager, he simply repeated the same thing instead of trying to resolve the issue. I’ve visited Thailand more than 26 times, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the incredible hospitality. Sadly, this was one of the coldest and least welcoming experiences I’ve had here. The overnight receptionist who checked me in was wonderful, but the daytime front desk staff and manager made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. I ended up checking out early and moving to the Marriott across the street. As someone who owns a travel agency and regularly recommends hotels in Thailand, this is one property I will not be recommending. The hotel itself has potential. Unfortunately, the customer service does not.
