I will stay here when I come to Kuantan and would recommended to stay here.

10.0The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, and other attractions around Kuantan. Everything I needed was just a short distance away. Overall, Cathayana Hotel offers great value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Kuantan. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. Thank you to the entire Cathayana Hotel team for your excellent hospitality!

− The breakfast food was bland. they had options but could improve on the taste. Breakfast area is at the hotel lobby, which i find it not comfortable as it is an open space and it was hot. Aircond was not functioning or nit sufficient to cater the area.
