no hot water for showers, no working elevator very disappointed

− No hot water for shower, elevator was down so had to walk up stairs to get to rooms, no designated smoking area, staff at night not friendly, breakfast was mediocre
Not the best but at least I could sleep in a bed.
2.0It’s surrounded by restaurants and stores. There is a pond out front with a fountain it is pretty at night.
− It’s not as clean as I’d like the water was off for hours and the pool was down in the middle of summer to be shocked they shut it down for a whole week. The breakfast was awful eggs mushy, gravy taste like burnt milk.

− The elevator still isn't working from the last time we visited in December. We will not be returning. They didnt even inform us until check in.
The stay was adequate but left a lot to be desired.
4.0Location was great and staff was friendly.
− Broken elevator with no remedy or solutions provided beyond cancellation. Our shower took 15 minutes to produce luke warm water.

7.0Staff was amazing. The elevator was out of order from arrival to departure. You have an outstandingly gracious crew. The young woman who managed morning buffet service, was so attentive and kind . All the shits of the desk staff. The housekeepers all asked if I needed anything with each contact. You have 5 start hotel staff, you should maintain the hotel to their level of service!!
