10.0Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and the room was perfect. Location was awesome for shoping and dining. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Erie.

6.0It was a nice facility and easy to navigate.
− Our room seemed either rushed or not cleaned at all. The bathroom had hair everywhere, even on the door hinges, tub, and floor. There was an obvious contact lens on the bathroom floor. The beds just had sheets and blankets on them, there was no tuck at the bottom, which is okay normally because I untuck, but coming into the room, it just felt undone.
