The owner or manager need to take more pride in the Facility to be honest. I didn't take pictures
5.0The place needs attention in the room and for the Name Regency Inn I guess I expected better. The House Keep was awesome and I would have left her a tip if I carried cash but I don't. The office gentleman was okay I would give him a B-
− My son and I had to change rooms after we had already got everything brought in our room because none of the electric out lets worked and the tv would not come on at all. Had to change rooms to the other side of the building which was an inconvenience to say the least. Also the towel issue they only put two towels one wash cloth for two people?????? one cup for coffee in a room for two????? again the place needs to step it up on customer service. I didn't take pictures because the place needs a-lot of work
