6.0Room service is terrible. You have to wait for your order for more than an hour and they bring cold and disgusting food for high price
Horrible services. Management has to change the attitude.
4.0Horrible attention from personnel and hotel management. 1. Made 2 bookings and 2nd one needed to be moved to another date due to business needs, but hotel refused to do it and no any cancellation charge even they’ve been informed immediately. 2. During the stay, appeared in the morning there are no water supply to the hotel. No information, or any follow up. The price per night during high occupancy at ~200usd/day for standard room no breakfast included. Which is above the market in Ufa. I have decided to stay in this hotel due to location and view, and heavily regretted the decision.

Ufa, Hilton long amazing stay
10.0The level of hospitality during my stay for more than 22 nights was amazing with no single/ minor complain. The reception staff was very outstanding to fulfill my requirement and inquiry. I was impressed with level of COVID -19 precaution and implementation. Security level was also outstanding. I have never experience long stay at hotel with no single or minor complain. We were surprised of my wife birthday celebration by dinning team with free of cost. I was also impressed with the gift giving to me and my family at the last day of my stay which was never experienced before during my previous stay in back-home (Saudi Arabia), Egypt, Dubai, Bahrain and Germany 5 star hotels.

10.0Отличный отель- новый, с необычным интерьером. Персонал идеальный. Завтраки прекрасные. Подушка и матрас удобные. Темные плотные шторы. Вид просто шикарный. Соотношение цена/качество выше всяких похвал.
