I don't believe our terrible experience is connected to the hotel itself. I could be wrong. The hotel manager and clerk were very helpful with fixing our situation. The problem started with the reservation website which is worded to make you think you're booking with the hotel but really, you're speaking with a no name in Florida, someone who knows nothing of the area. We thought we were booking at the Newport Ky location across the river but instead we ended up in downtown Cincinnati. Major hassle! The most wonderful manager helped us correct the error and got us a room where we supposed to be. As we were leaving, we had to pay $7.00 on our cellphone credit card which got denied. No reason for that so we tried again and it was denied a second time, so we left. The gate went up so we thought it was a malfunction of some sort. When we got home, we received an email saying we owed $54.00 for a late fee from the parking garage. This has to be some kind of scam connected either knowingly or not by the hotel company. We did find out this same thing has happened quite a few times at this hotel. If you book at this hotel, be very careful. We were told the garage is run by the city, so who knows.

Our stay was brief but pleasant. Room was clean and breakfast was great with space for everyone.

The location was good

− The ac wasn’t working , the receptionist was very rude and my 1st night was a nightmare. Afterwards they moved me to a better room, it seems that they have newer and older rooms. The breakfast was varied but poor quality. Too expensive for what it is

I absolutely loved the hotel and Isaiah was an amazing help with valet! I recommend this stay for anyone visiting Cincinnati! Please keep Ashleigh and Isaiah as employees here, as they went above and beyond!

− Leider hat uns der Aufenthalt nicht sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist zwar geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Aber das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war wirklich schlimm. Fertig-Essen auf Papiertellern mit Plastikbesteck. Wirklich gruselig. Wir sind, obwohl das Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war, ab dem 2. Tag woanders frühstücken gegangen. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren bestenfalls gleichgültig, teilweise aber auch eher unfreundlich. Alles in allem leider keine gute Erfahrung und dafür auch viel zu teuer
