10.0- طاقم الفندق جميعا مبتسمون دائما ويتعاملون بكل احترام. الغرفة البريمير كنغ واسعة ومطلة على الجبل بمنظر جميل جدا. - الاسرة مريحة والاغطية نظيفة. - الافطار رائع جدا ومتنوع حاول اختيار الجلسات الخارجية. - يتوفر ركوب الخيل والدراجات النارية باسعار معقولة.
− - اتفهم سياسة الالغاء ولكن كان من الممكن ان يتجاوز الفندق عن فرض رسوم الغاء الحجز حيث حجزت غرفتين ولظروف اضطرارية اقمت في غرفة والغيت حجزت الغرفة الثانية ففرض الفندق دفع قيمة الليلة الاولى للغرفة الثانية. - بعض المناشف اليدوية نظيفة ولكن لونها داكن قليل.

8.0Fantastisk udsigt og hjælpsomt personale, især omkring loungeområdet. Consiergerne hjalp os med 2 ture, hvoraf de desværre ikke havde styr på den ene, da vi havde bestil guide og chaufør, men de prøvede at overbevise os om, at det kun var chaufør. Endte dog godt.
− Internettet/mobildækningen fungerede meget dårligt under hele opholdet.

Special thanks to Mas Rudi for keeping our room perfectly clean every day. The warm hospitality from all the staff really made us feel at home, and check-in was fast and hassle-free. We had such a great experience and can’t wait to stay here again!
