4.0Lo que ustedes ofrecen como hoteles.com...no es la realidad..no se si ustedes hacen inspecciones a los sitios.cuando promocionan... no habia tobogan...piscinas...las instalaciones super descuidadas...nada que ver con las fotos que ustedes colocan y los servicios que ofrecen....cosas dañandas...necesito su respuesta y saber si me hacen alguna devolución por la propaganda engañosa.tengo fotos reales de las instalaciones y la habitación

Experiencia estadia en Sunrise
8.0La experiencia fue buena en general , fue demorado de check in a pesar que llegamos mucho despues de las 3pm por un problema con la logistica en el cambio de sabanas creo que el hotel debe tener plan de contingencia. Para el caso de la infraestructura, las zonas de baños cerca de la piscina del vacacional estan muy deterioradas en griferia y muebles. El desayuno muy rico el tinto que proveen todo el tiempo tambien. Gracuas por atender las sugerencias y por favos en la musica no olviden que van personas de todas las edades no pongan solo regetoon. Gracias

8.0Muy agradable para descansar, las piscinas para todos los gustos, buena atención. la carta de lo restaurante es limitada pero los platos son muy bien preparados y con abundante porción. Muy buen ubicado en Apiay, cerca de Villavicencio. Hay que mejorar el mantenimiento ya que algunas partes del hotel requieren cariño. En general un 8/10
Hotel en malas condiciones.
2.0El hotel se encuentra en muy malas condiciones, la habitación en mal estado, paredes sucias, mobiliario en malas condiciones de aseo. Muy costoso para lo que ofrece el hotel. En las áreas comunes no se exigue tapabocas, no hay aforo y no se toman medidas suficientes por contingencia Covid.
