Very dirty, rude employees, unsanitary, and unsafe conditions

− I booked a non-refundable room, but upon arrival the room was in unsanitary condition. The pillows appeared dirty, the shower had mold, and the room did not appear properly cleaned. I arrived around 3 AM and had no realistic alternative accommodations, so I stayed out of necessity. I am requesting a refund or compensation because the room condition was not as reasonably expected.

1.0Ruidoso estuve 2 horas y sin pensarlo me fuy perdí mi dinero pero no me importo mal olor en la avitacion..
− Saque fotos estaba sucio en ese motel vive jente y están afuera con mucho ruido no linpian nada que feo esta todo si quieren fotos me las pidan que me fui pero tengo tantas fotos no lo recomiendo a nadie
