5.0Comfy beds, clean room, but dated. Front desk Lady was SO NICE! All basic amenities were offered, but not high tech for peeps nowadays. Safe area.

You get what you pay for
5.0Good location just off the Main Street of Monticello and by maverik. Beds were comfortable and not too hard.
− WiFi doesn’t work at all, goes in and out constantly. Rooms are dated and smell like smoke and animals. Thankfully having the AC blasting all night helped clear some of the smell.
Sad stay.
1.0Fair price. We really enjoyed watching a couple of deer in the back of the property.
− The carpet was stained and filthy. The room needs updating!
