Cleanliness is overlooked.
4.0Location was great. Unfortunately the cleanliness needs a great deal of work. Our room smelled like urine and surfaces and window sills were not cleaned very well. Furniture was dusty, heating system along the walls were dirty and cruddy, the bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were pretty much non existent.

10.0The price was the first thing that attracted me to this property, the reviews were positive so I went ahead and booked. Glad I did, the reviews were spot on. The bed is comfortable and the room is well appointed. I would come again.
