10.0Fantástico place, amazing view, we were lucky enough to have a good clean day to Mount Fuji. Place very spacious, clean, in a peaceful neighborhood. We rent the bbq equipement for a perfect ending day
− the futon were lacking some cushion, you could feel the floor

9.0The kitchen was fully kitted out which was a bonus. The best part was there were 2 toilets so I didn't have to share with anyone else.
