6.0What a place, has all the ingredients for a 10/10 except for the miserable shift managers The youger members of staff were superb and should be very proud of their performance, they made the stay tolerable in the face of a dire management performance.
− A lot, it wouldnt be appropriate to mention it here but it being ignored as guests and watching other guests get preferential treatment by the management was just sad and pathetic. If any of the management wish to contact me ill happily give constructive and truthfull feedback.
