8.0La vicinanza al centro ed alla metro. La camera spaziosa, accogliente e silenziosa, la presenza di un bollitore e di acqua a disposizione. Il letto comodo. La disponibilità a tenere i bagagli e la pronta risposta su WhatsApp o per telefono. Disponibilità dimostrata in caso di imprevisto e gentilezza del personale.
− Gli ambienti comuni. Dover uscire per recarsi in altro edificio per fare colazione in una sala molto piccola e sacrificata. Colazione poco varia nonostante molti ospiti. Manca la cura del dettaglio: 3 ospiti ma solo 2 tazze, prese elettriche delle lampade rovinate e lampade non tutte funzionanti. Mancanza di interruttori per prese schuko.
