4.0The bathroom floor was soaking wet when we arrived, needed new bath mat. It was so noisy the whole night. Pullout sofa bed was awful. Poor experience overall considering how expensive this was

6.0Clean, somewhat outdated, but comfortable. Unfortunately they charged my credit card 2 days prior to my arrival, which was not authorized and contrary to what they tried to say, there was nothing jn any of the reservation information stating they would do that. TV had very few channel options for viewing and kept disconnecting from the cable so had to wiggle the wire many times to clear picture. Website said there was a restaurant, but it is only open a few days per week so was not open during my stay at all which was disappointing.

8.0Everything went smoothly, but for the noisy air conditioning system and the very noisy toilet!!! Other than that nice, clean, no disturbances at all.
