Excellent beachfront location and spacious rooms, but the dated accommodations and ineffective air conditioning made the
4.0The beachfront location is the property’s biggest strength. Being able to walk directly onto the beach was wonderful, and the room was spacious compared to many Montauk hotels. The grounds and beach access were convenient and easy to enjoy.
− Unfortunately, the room felt very dated and in need of updating. The furnishings, bathroom, and overall condition did not match the expectations created by the listing photos. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. While the beach location was excellent, the accommodations themselves fell short of expectations.
We've repeatedly stayed here while visiting Montauk prefer the more natural surroundings of the dune
