8.0Room was very close to pool/hot tub/beach front inspite of having beach front room w/balcony/patio as I had expected. Those rooms were reserved for timeshare owners although they were vacant while we were there. Did not like the fact that there was no attendees on property 24/7. We had a room reserved for Friday night but could not retrieve a key from lock box 2nd try to enter room. Ended up sleeping in my van til 7:am next morning until maintenance man showed up at 7:pm. Office manager did not show at 7:am as promised...then threatened to call police if we didn't leave. I had paid reservations to stay there for 3 nights not just 2 nights. She was no help & angry that I had reported incidents to Expedia for my inconvenience.

8.0The property was exactly what I expected. It had some signs of wear, but the location was perfect and the rooms had everything we needed to have a great stay. The staff was helpful. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was the construction next door that woke us up starting around 8am on week days, but there isn't much the property can do about that.

8.0the unit is what it claims to be. A budget friendly 2 bedroom kitchenette. Its older and some rust spots but it was a good place to stay. It has a nice pool area and close to Winn Dixie
