7.0The hotel service is very good from pick up at ferry terminal to send off. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. The hotel breakfast has an average spread of variety but the food was really good. The location is very convenient as the beach and plaza is right beside the hotel. Room size was good and the toilet was spacious and clean too. They also provide taxi service to other resorts and places which is nice.
− The hotel facilities are quite average. Compared to other hotels, they do not offer much recreational activities other than the popular tours like firefly or blue lake. Their price also seems to be rather expensive compared to online. The entire hotel in general feels very maybe because of the deisgn. Their spa is average but not expensive. Overall it's worth the stay for their price since it's cheap.

5.0- The mattress was decent, not too hard or too soft. - Strong A/C - The breakfast was quite delicious, though more varieties would be better (types of fruits etc)
− - The counter staff was not really attentive and not that friendly, though some staff did approach us and ask us how long we will be staying and what time our ferry is. - The facilities can be improved further, the tv, the toilet bowl etc. - The hotel is still using a walkie talkie and when the staff walked past it was quite noisy. - There's not many staff around, most gather at the lobby/ front counter. - Overall, it's okay but I wouldn't come back here if I were alone.

5.0Room was cosy, location great! I have to say the staff were really sweet to arrange for transport to bring back my sons bag we left behind
− Not a lot of options for breakfast buffet + lunch Shower was a bit of a situation- the water temperature changed every 30 seconds to a minute
