10.0Qualche incomprensione ma risolto tutto in modo impeccabile dalla direzione. Stanza perfetta e ristorante degno di un 5stelle menu alla carta con ampia scelta e possibilità di usufruire contemporaneamente del buffet. Personale eccezionale i miei ragazzi hanno fatto richieste fuori menu e ampiamente soddisfatti non si può chiedere di meglio. Accettati i nostri amici a 4 zampe .. torneremo per giocare una partita a padel in alta quota ..

10.0The staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold.

Good location slopeside
8.0Smart hotel, nice room with floor to ceiling windows and great views. Room didn't get serviced, and the wifi basically didn't work. I wish they would have been upfront about it as i wasted an hour trying to get online, eventually i said 'is the internet rubbish and they said - yes'. this should be an easy fix, and a hotel of this standard should be able to get this sorted i days, not really acceptable these days. Spa and hot tub freezing cold, busy, avoid. Breakfast was good. I would stay at the hotel again if need be, and would take at face value that is what it is.
