4.0If the price is to good to be true it is. The place I rented was not good. It wasn't a great condo, it was a owner operated apartment where it was not good. Roaches and ants. And unless you know how to use the gas under the sink, you can't cook. The AC in the living doesn't work. But MOST IMPORTANT THE SAFE IS BROKE. If you want to go to a good spot do research. Stay at a hotel where breakfast is included and never stay at a owner operated spot.

2.0The place was horrible. It had roaches, garbage in the streets. This place was so bad I had to leave early and forfeited my money because the place disguising.
