− La mancata attenzione al cliente e alle sue necessità, noi avevamo chiesto un asciugamano da cambiare e loro ci hanno detto di no in quanto non era nel giorno del cambio. In più durante il soggiorno non hanno mai pulito, non c’era alcun prodotto per pulire, dopo il nostro reclamo ci hanno dato uno straccio per pulire i pavimenti, il quale era pure sporco. Insomma… non ci è piaciuto.

5.0− Appartamento non strutturato per cucinare ; 1 padella 1 pentola .fornello da 2 piastre per Appartamento per 4 pax Pulizia mai fatta Quando ti senti dire che se sporchi asciugamani con trucco li devi pagare.... anche no! Chiesto ultimo giorno di tenere i bagagli detto all'arrivo di sì .. poi non c era posto tenuto solo 3 valigie sù 6!

5.0La ubicación es perfecta. El departamento en sí estaba bien y también estaba equipado con todo lo necesario, la cama era buena. No le faltaba nada.
− La habitación tenía un olor a cigarrillo insoportable. Además, rechazaron unos paquetes de Amazon que estaba esperando, a pesar de che me habían confirmado previamente que podía recibirlos. Tampoco me dieron ni media hora de late check out cuando les expliqué que estaba mi hija de 8 meses con fiebre, no había problema en pagarlo pero necesitaba quedarme una hora más ahí pero no me lo permitieron.

9.0Excellent location, very central and within easy walking distance of both the marina and beach area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had great facilities. The air conditioning worked really well, and the balcony was a lovely bonus.
− Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and the location was ideal. The only downside was communication with the host, which could sometimes be a little difficult due to our limited Spanish. There were also quite a lot of rules and instructions to follow to ensure the safe return of the deposit, which we felt was a little excessive. That said, the apartment itself was very good and we really enjoyed our stay.
